Meanwhile, potassium monopersulfate undergoes a chain reaction in water, continuously producing hypochlorous acid, new ecological oxygen, oxidizing and destroying pathogens, interfering with the synthesis of pathogenic DNA and RNA, causing the coagulation denaturation of pathogenic proteins, thereby disrupting the activity of pathogenic enzyme systems, affecting their metabolism, increasing the permeability of cell membranes, causing enzyme and nutrient loss, leading to pathogen dissolution and rupture, thereby killing the pathogens.
